Tattoo Deposits

All deposits go towards the final cost of the tattoo.

All deposits/payments made towards our services are non-refundable. the only exception to refunds are as the following:

The artist cancels the appointment and decides against rescheduling the client. (if the artist offers to reschedule and the client declines/cancel the client forfeits the deposit.)

The client finds out they are pregnant and wouldn’t like to reschedule for a future date.

Deposits are taken to secure your appointment date and start the design process.

It also holds the clients accountable to commit to the appointments they schedule with each artist.

We do understand that emergencies do happen so please communicate with your artist the soonest you find out that you are unable to make the appointment so we can get you rescheduled.

Please understand that both emergencies happen not only for clients but also with artist. so pease be considerate when a artist reaches out and needs to reschedule your appointment.

Piercings

Late:

If you are more than 5-7 minutes late or half the appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment for a different day.

There is paperwork that will need to be filled out so please come 3-5 minutes early to your appointment.

No-Show/ cancellation:

no-show and cancellations less than 24. Hrs In advance will be charged a $10 fee.

Please be considerate of not only my time but also the time of other clients that would have gladly taken your appointment.

I do understand emergencies do happen so please just communicate with me the soonest you find out so we can get you rescheduled.

Unconfirmed appointments:

I send out a reminder to people to confirm their appointments.

If you don’t confirm your appointment within 8hrs before then I will assume you aren’t coming and will cancel your appointment.

Minors & Parents/Guardians:

I will only pierce minors that are 7 years old and up.

Please come with all appropriate documents/forms of Identification Regardless if you are 18 or older. We can not start any services without these proper and up to date items. If you are under 18, coming in with a parent you must have all of the following;

Government Issued ID of both the parent(s)/guardian(s) and minor(s)

Birth Certificate of the minor (regardless if last names are different/the same)

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) is with minor for entire duration of appointment
